Amazon Music Import Playlist

Amazon Music now lets you move playlists from Spotify, Apple Music, and more

Making it easier to switch music streaming services

Amazon Music has announced a new feature that allows users to transfer their playlists from other music streaming services. This includes popular services like Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Discogs, HypeMusic, LastFM, and Napster. The feature is available through a new app called FreeYourMusic, which is available for download on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

To use the app, users simply need to connect their Amazon Music account and then select the service from which they want to transfer their playlists. FreeYourMusic will then scan the user's library and create a new playlist in Amazon Music with the same songs. The app can also transfer playlists between different Amazon Music accounts.

The addition of playlist transfer is a major convenience for users who want to switch to Amazon Music from another service. It eliminates the need to manually recreate playlists, which can be a time-consuming process. The feature is also likely to appeal to users who have multiple music streaming subscriptions and want to consolidate their playlists into a single service.
